The weather is playing tricks on us here in Utah. Just when we start peeling off our jackets and making plans - it throws us back into March.
The upcoming Memorial Day weekend weather is still a bit unsure right now. I thought it would be a good idea to have a "Plan B" up my sleeve as far as picnic ideas that can move indoors at the last minute in case of rain.
Any of these could be made (and enjoyed) just as much at home, as around a picnic table in the great (wet) outdoors.
