SIXTEEN DAYS OF GREEN - an "all call" for your green recipes...

In my opinion, St. Patrick's Day gets the short end of the stick.  Have you noticed that after Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, SuperBowl, & Valentine's day - the food world settles down and takes a rest?

Easter is waiting in the wings and most of us don't want to make a fuss over food until then.  Maybe the only thing "St Patrick's" oriented you've ever come up with is Corned Beef & Cabbage.

Spring weather is so unpredictable this time of year that you can jump back and forth between hot soup and spring salad - depending on the day.

I would enjoy posting YOUR photos of favorite green dishes, with a link back to your blog of course.  Why don't we share a few ideas?  And, if I'm really on top of things - I'll give your recipe a try and post my results here as well.  Send your links and photos to my email, or add it in a comment on this post.

While you're pondering (and looking for your pictures) - here are a few I've posted in the past two years that will give you a few ideas...  I'll post the links over the next SIXTEEN days of GREEN...
