Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Bars



I’ve finally found an easy to bake cheesecake.  All the things you love about cheesecake, with none of the fuss.  



These are so pretty with the deep color of the blueberries peeking through the rich custard filling.  For a patriotic finish - drizzle with strawberry ice cream syrup, or even plain strawberry Danish Dessert.  


Even though the 4th of July is well behind us - I still enjoy patriotic desserts.  I was looking for individual cheesecake that was easy to serve - and that’s hard to find.  


When I discovered this recipe, I thought it would go well in individual portions.  These are easy to eat - with, or without a fork.  Great for a dessert buffet.

I found this on foodnetwork, a Tyler Florence recipe.  It utilizes a food processor - which isn’t a requirement.  A hand mixer, or blender would also work well.
