Are you in that transitional stage of motherhood where you are lucky to still have a mother to shower with thanks - but you also hope someone does the same for you? Most of my family were out of town this Mother’s Day - so I treated myself (and my wonderful Mother) to this heavenly cake. Strawberries are available everywhere I look lately - so I had to take advantage of this seasonal favorite. This is a combination of strawberry shortcake, strawberry cheesecake, and (everyone’s sentimental favorite) - frosted cake... Don’t even think about counting calories - you deserve this!
