Are you spending hours watching March Madness anyone? This dip is a nice alternative to the traditional layered mexican bean dip that is usually on the table while watching sports on TV with a crowd. One thing we like about this is the “Wonton Dippers” (this recipe is in the post just before this one on changeabletable.com) It’s almost a meal with all those good-for-you ingredients.
