Chicken Crescents - to savor, (or save for later)
When cooking “solo” - making more than what you could consume in two meals is counterproductive... except for this recipe. These refrigerate or freeze well - and taste freshly-made in each case. Easily warmed in the oven or microwave, and delicious with the simple-to-make gravy. This is a keeper!
I hate “grazing” in the refrigerator when I’m home alone. These are wonderful for me to take out and warm up for my own dinner when I’m by myself. They also work well to make in bulk ahead of time for a large dinner (or when taking a meal to a neighbor). Of course in my family - we have to work around those who have “issues” with nuts and mushrooms - they just don’t know what they’re missing!

ReplyDeleteThis comment is over a year after the date of the post, but I always like when people give feedback on recipes. I tried this recipe for dinner tonight and they were great!!
