Homemade Bread - hints & tricks continued!
It’s tempting to make homemade bread one more time before it turns 100 degrees overnight and summer is upon us. There is nothing more addicting than the smell of cinnamon toast in the morning (from homemade bread of course...) Here are a few hints and ideas I neglected to share with you in the instructions for Homemade Braided Cinnamon Bread recipe.
In the quest for the "perfect" dough - there are some simple steps that will make it possible. Use the same batch of dough to make three different favorites (white bread, cinnamon bread, and "knot" rolls)
