Pumpkin Dip - for AIMLESS snacking...

Have you ever had a week that you’ve felt like a DIP?! If your life is like mine, you find yourself standing aimlessly by the kitchen sink randomly eating anything, then wondering what you’ve actually consumed that day. If you keep a container of fresh vegetables and dip handy - no damage done!

Amazing how the first few days of Fall weather can prime you for the next holiday... This dip is really fun to take to any event in October. Nestled in a golden brown bread bowl and garnished with celery leaves - everyone knows instantly that it must have pumpkin as an ingredient. After you’ve blown your calories on all that Halloween candy, fresh veggies help you regain your self-respect...

I love to “arrange” vegetables, instead of piling them haphazardly on a plate. All those bright colors look even better with some kind of order.

Get ready for "DIP" week - I've got a few more to share with you in the next few days.
