Bev's Pecan Butter Cookies - just a few at a time...

Bev - a dear friend of mine I used to work with at the Conference Center, shared this special recipe with me about a year before she passed away. Every time I make them I think of her. They have a wonderful pecan flavor (from crushing the pecans instead of chopping them). These are great to keep in your refrigerator to slice off a few and make just enough for yourself... They are always so good fresh from the oven. Rich, buttery, and dotted with toasted pecans - these are hard to resist.
